great marine life, calm surroundings, short island circumference
The slow, unreliable WiFi is frustrating!!! Activities seem biased towards Italian guests, which may alienate others!!! The room furniture feels basic and could really use a refresh for a more comfortable stay!!!

The stunning natural beauty of the island, combined with well-kept gardens and easy pathways, made every stroll enjoyable and accessible. The delightful atmosphere was complemented by the friendly staff who were always eager to assist.
More seating areas near the beach would be helpful.

The coral reef at Sandies Bathala made snorkeling unforgettable. Just steps from the shore, I saw colorful fish, baby sharks, and even a manta ray. The water villa offered fantastic soundproofing, allowing for peaceful nights despite the island's weather. I appreciated that the snorkeling equipment was free to use, which added to the fun. The food was fresh and varied. every meal felt like a treat. The dining room echoed with satisfaction each evening. the shallow waters surrounding the island were disappointing. It limited swimming options, forcing us to rely mostly on the swimming pool. the all-inclusive package had several exclusions, including premium drinks, which felt misleading. The wifi was unreliable, sometimes close to non-existent, making it challenging to stay connected during a family emergency.

The house reef is stunning and just a few steps from the shore, with an exciting variety of fish and healthy corals. We had a fantastic time snorkeling daily, seeing everything from colorful reef fish to baby sharks and even a manta ray! The staff was very accommodating, making us feel at home and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The food was fresh and tasty every day, and the water villa we stayed in provided excellent soundproofing from the waves, making for a restful sleep.
The resort is slightly overpriced for excursions.

Family paradise getaway
The staff went above and beyond, they even helped us extend our stay due to a late flight! Snorkeling was a blast. the reef was alive with colorful fish, and the snorkeling equipment was free to use, which made those adventures even better.
It wasn't exactly pocket change, but still manageable.
